Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and the average delivery time within Canada is 5–10 business days.
My delivery is delayed – where is my order?
In most cases, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur.

How much does shipping cost?

Some items are missing from my order – how is that possible?

If you ordered multiple items, they may not arrive at the same time. The remaining items are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if your order arrives damaged. While this is rare, it can happen during transit.
Please contact us immediately at lafunea@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damage.
Without photos, we may not be able to process your request properly. Our team will review your case as quickly as possible and provide a suitable solution.
What if I received the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or I no longer want it?

If a return is required, you may only need to cover the return shipping costs.
