This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the LAFUNEA website.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada.

If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us at lafunea@gmail.com to check if delivery is possible.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information (if available).

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

3. Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time after dispatch:

5–10 business days within Canada

Total estimated delivery time:

6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Public holidays
  • External factors beyond our control

If there is a significant delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.


4. Shipping Method

We work with trusted international and local shipping partners.

Depending on the delivery stage, your order may be handled by:

  • A local Canadian carrier for final delivery

Orders may be delivered:

  • To the address provided at checkout
  • Or to a local pickup point, depending on the carrier

5. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

No minimum order value is required.


6. Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.

You can also track your order via the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active.


7. Split Shipments

We operate with a direct-from-supplier (dropshipping) model, which means:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages
  • Packaging may vary depending on the supplier

8. Risk of Loss

All products remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

Risk is transferred only once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided.


9. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If:

  • An incorrect address is provided; or
  • A package is not collected in time

and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge for reshipping; or
  • Deduct return shipping costs from your refund

Please ensure your shipping details are correct and monitor your tracking information.


10. Delays, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the expected timeframe
  • Arrives damaged
  • Arrives incomplete
  • Is marked as delivered but not received

11. Significant Delays

If a delay occurs for which we are responsible, you may be entitled to:
